An intro to wrestling for K-2nd graders to learn the basics of wrestling in a fun and safe environment.

  • June 1st to June 4th, 2026 from 5:30 to 6:30pm.

2026 Spring Slammers Little League Wrestling

Beginner program for 2nd to 5th grade wrestlers. No experience necessary.

  • 2nd-5th grade students.
  • March 30th to May 16th 2026. Practice times and locations confirmed as we get closer to the start of the season.

Berzerker Academy

Train for two major competitions -- state Freestyle in Spokane May2-3 and Rocky Mountain Nationals in Las Vegas June 26-28.

  • March 9th to June 28th 2026. Practices are Monday from 5:30 to 7pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 to 7:45pm.
  • All practices will be at Cavelero Mid High
  • $500/wrestler
